Permissions Form – Recordings

I allow photographs and/or audio, video of the child (named above) / myself (named above) to be taken and used by The Magic of Christmas.
I understand that the audio, photos and video may be used to give information about and promote The Magic of Christmas or projects approved by The Magic of Christmas. Publications and media include newspapers, broadcast media, social media, magazines, leaflets, advertising, annual reviews, newsletters, website and other electronic publishing. I understand that my image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. This release applies to photographic, audio or video recordings collected as part of the recording sessions for The Magic of Christmas or projects approved by The Magic of Christmas. I hereby grant permission to the rights of my image, likeness and sound of my voice as recorded on audio or video without payment or any other consideration.
